I had heard of Oshua Gonda many years ago, but had no idea what it was used for it turns out some women are using it for their menopause symptoms like hot flashes. I found a quality Ashwander tincture from herb farm the same company that makes my Astis that was still affordable $15.98 for a 1 ounce dropper bottle and easy to get. I can find it at my neighborhood grocery store but it’s also available online at herbfarm.com at a slightly higher price 1798 and a shipping charge

I decided to try it so I added one bulb squeeze probably 5 to 8 drops to my morning coffee and again with my evening tea since I have very few hot flashes these days thanks to Inman fasting I didn’t notice a difference there, but I will say I did not experience hot flashes at all when using Ashwander, and sometimes a hot beverage will set off a hot flash  It’s rare, but it still happens occasionally is thought to have a calming effect – it may reduce stress and anxiety improve sleep, and enhance cognitive function. It did seem to have a calming effect for me and I did notice an increased ability to focus on my work reading, planning lessons and grading lots of student essays for extended periods of time , my sleep was also great. I noticed an overall sense of calm and well-being. It’s difficult to explain, but I wasn’t as irritated or stressed over those small annoyances that often get to me persistent noises clothes on the floor dogs jumping in my lap while I’m trying to write this blog post  For me. It had a noticeable positive effect after researching a bit more. I discovered that Wanda is an adaption. It is believed to help the body adapt distress and restore balance. It may reduce cortisol levels. The stress hormone there have been some studies on Owais effects and here’s what researchers found :

Improved sleep, supports, cognitive function, and enhances. Focus improves memory reaction, time and information processing speed antioxidant properties may benefit brain health anti-inflammatory effects that may reduce joint pain, immunity, boost weight loss for some individuals with effects on cortisol paragraph well Ashwander is generally considered safe. It can cause allergic reactions in some users as it is classified as a nightshade, I have slight sensitivities tonight shade, tomatoes, and bell peppers make my tongue tingle, but I noticed zero adverse reactions to Wanda

The bottom line: I definitely noticed the effects of especially the feeling of calm focus in the morning at night. It settles me down after a typical workday full of overstimulation. I teach high school all day then I teach an evening class at the local community college for me the calming effect comes on quickly after taking it while I’ve tried different supplements for calm. Focus and relaxation has the quickest and most noticeable effect on me and I plan to continue taking it, especially if it reduces inflammation to help with pain and hot flashes
